Refund policy

Returns will only be excepted for exchange of another item or store credit. All sales are final on discounted items. If you would like to exchange your bag it must be done:
- Within 10 days after receiving your item.
-Items must be unused and in the original condition to receive a refund.
- Returned items must be insured and have a tracking number. I am not responsible for lost items being sent back that were not insured and didn't have tracking.
-Store credit must be used within 1 month of returned item

COLOR VARIANCE & DIMENSIONS
I photograph all my items using natural light to achieve the truest of colors. The colors of leather and materials will vary from each monitor, no exchanges on orders due to difference in expected color. Leather and canvas items that are dyed will have different variances in "distress marks" please understand that these dyed bags are impossible to make identical. I give the dimensions of all my bags so you know exactly what size bag you are getting. Please use these measurements so you know if a certain bag is the right size for you. If you are unsure or have any questions please contact me before purchasing an item.
